Operation method of pneumatic anchor cable tensioning machine:

(1) After ensuring that there is no dirt in the oil pipe and joints, fasten the oil pipe with the pump and the tension jack, and try not to disassemble it in places with a lot of pulverized coal dust;

(2) Anchor withdrawal: Return the middle cylinder of the tension jack to the lowest position. If the middle cylinder does not return to the lowest position, the anchor cable may not be inserted into the jack. (Note: When the oil pressure display increases after the end, immediately stop the oil supply and unload);

(3) Set the steel plate (tray), external anchors, etc., and insert the steel strand into the top hole of the tension jack for about 150mm, so that the top presser pre-tightens the external anchor concrete at the top plate;

(4) Start the pull switch of the oil pump to extend the middle cylinder. During the extension process of the middle cylinder, because the jacking anchor pipe breaks away from the tool anchor fixed in the inner cylinder, the tool anchor locks the steel strand under the push of the elastic force, so that the steel strand is continuously stretched when the oil cylinder is ejected, and the anchor Together with the steel plate (tray), it is continuously tightened, and the tensioning is completed. the

(5) After the top of the middle cylinder reaches the predetermined position, activate the anchor withdrawal switch to return to the oil cylinder, and the anchorage locks the steel strand, so that the steel strand is in a load-bearing state, and the top plate is firmly held. Take off the jack, and the anchor withdrawal is completed. the

(6) A stretching stroke should not exceed 120mm, and it should be stretched multiple times if it exceeds.
