The upper part of the cable body is a stirring resin coil end anchor, the lower end is threaded and locked, and can be immediately loaded after installation, this is impossible for the existing grouting anchor cable products, and for the roof with poor self-stabilization ability, rock formations are very beneficial and necessary; with the thread locking method, the locking mechanism works reliably, does not slip, does not produce sparks, and adapts to the wet and drenched environment of the well is unmatched by the locking method of the clip anchor.
The anchoring strength of the anchor cable made of high-strength spiral rib prestressed steel wire is increased by more than 15% compared with the anchor cable cut by the same diameter of the steel strand, and the anchoring ductility can be increased by more than 25%. Since it can be loaded immediately after installation, the grouting can be arranged to fill a certain range of anchor cables at a certain distance behind the head, so the construction is very convenient; the thread locking mechanism has a self-aligning function, and the exposed length of the anchor cable is small and uniform, and does not affect the effective height of the roadway.
