What Should We Pay Attention To When Installing Split Sets ?

As a commonly used coal mine support tool, the split set has strong support resistance and can achieve full-length anchoring and active reinforcement of surrounding rock. The advantages and functions of split sets are complete, but there are inevitably some problems in the construction process. Only by correctly grasping these installation problems can we flexibly apply split sets.

Precautions for installing split sets:

1. Before installing the reinforcement anchoring roll, insert the anchor rod into the hole wall to look at the deep layer of the anchor hole and check if the hole depth meets the regulations. If the depth is insufficient, the hole should be drilled again to achieve the specified deep layer.

2. When installing, first put the steel rod anchoring medicine roll into the eyeball according to the specified total number (apply 2 medicine rolls), and then insert the anchor rod. At this time, insert the wind anchor without any connection sleeve, start the wind anchor to turn it, and gradually push it to the eye. After mixing for 20s, stop drilling and remove the wind anchor. The connection sleeve can be removed after 5min. After 20min, it is excellent to hold the plate and tighten the nut with a wrench.

3. The key of the anchor plate is attached to the cliff wall. If the cliff wall is unusual, add a hand pick to level the ground before installing it.

4. The steel bar anchorage force of the pipe joint anchor rod shall not be less than 50KN/root.

The above are the matters needing attention in the installation process of split sets. ZXSteelGroup has experienced more than 20 years of development and has rich experiences in the production and installation of split sets. If you have any needs for split sets, pls contact us!
