Correct Installation Methods Of FRP Bolt

FRP Bolt is generally used in the construction of coal mines and tunnels. It can strengthen the safety of coal mines and tunnels and prevent accidents. However, when installing the FRP Bolt, it must be performed according to requirements, and only in this way can the safety of the anchor be used. So what are the correct installation methods of FRP Bolt?

1. Before installation, first check whether the FRP Bolt, anchor cable hole arrangement form, hole distance, hole depth, angle, and rock bolt components meet the requirements of the operating regulations, and those that do not meet the requirements shall be handled and replaced.

2. When installing, first measure the hole depth and hole straightness with the rod body, and then place the anchoring agent of the corresponding specifications into the drilling hole according to the speed of the gel. Push the anchoring agent slowly to the bottom of the hole with a rod; then stir clockwise with a stirrer, first stirring at a constant speed for about 10-15 seconds, and when pushing to the fast anchoring agent, stir 15-20 seconds to the bottom of the hole 25 -35 seconds.

3. After the mixing is completed, appropriate measures should be taken to prevent displacement and rotation of the rod body. After 5 minutes, put on the nut and tray and tighten with a pneumatic wrench. The supporting plate should be close to the rock wall surface, the nut installation must reach the specified torque, and the anchoring force must meet the design requirements.
