This is an order from a 4-year customer. We have communicated since 2019. He is a local distributors to supply the split sets rock bolt for coal mine. First, he asked for sales agency for our split sets in Philippines. We considered and agreed to give non-exclusive agency to him. Then, the customer asked for 8000 sets rock bolt split sets with size 39 diameter *1500 mm length *2.3 mm cold rolled. And the plate is 150* 150*4mm, with hot rolled. The weight for each set is 2.65kg. And the steel grade is q235B. This was his first inquiry in 2019. we calculated a quotation for him. And he also asked for free sample to provide the split sets to coal mine for testing. We said the samples can be free but the freight need to be paid by him. The customer agreed to receive the samples. After this, he also asked for other mining products, including dolly pusher for split set. This is a kind of split set pusher used to install split sets more easily. Different sizes split sets need use different size dolly pushers, and they are usually customized according to the drawing. The kind of dolly pusher we supplied to him is specialized to 33mm split sets. And the weight for each set is 1.5kg. We have send all these samples to him. After receiving our samples, he send them to coal mine to have using test, as well as tensile strength test. After several days, we are told all tests have passed.

For 4 years communication, the customer has clearly know our company, our products and our service. So this year, he placed an order of 15000 sets of 33mm split sets rock bolts, and invited us to take part in the PMSEA (PHILIPPINE MINE SAFETY ENVIRONMENT CONFERENCE) . It is back again this year after 2 years of absence due to pandemic. It will be held on Baguio Convention Center on November 15-17,2022. There will also have a golf tournament open for hole sponsors . he has got our agency and show our products in the PMSEA. We will have more cooperation in the future, and provide warm service for  coal mineo in Philippine together.
