Welding robot technology overcomes the constraints of manual welding due to labor intensity, welding speed and other factors, can be combined with double(multiple) wire, free root removal, no opening groove and other technologies, continuous welding for high current, high speed, low heat input, great improve welding efficiency.

Double (multi) wire submerged arc welding technology has a large amount of welding, small heat input, fast speed, and obvious improvement in welding efficiency and quality.

No-clear root welding technology by using ceramic liners and optimized groove forms(eg U-shaped groove), omit the carbon arc gouging process, shorten the welding time, reduce the amount of weld deposition, and avoid the influence of carburizing on the mechanical properties of the plate;

Straw-free penetration welding technology can realize t≤12mm plate thickness penetration welding by using single wire, adopting double(multiple) wire to achieve thickness welding of t≤20mm, exemption of groove processing;

Narrow gap welding technology is narrow, welding wire filling amount is small, reduces the amount of wire deposited by 1/2-2/3 compared to conventional groove angle welds, improved welding efficiency, welding consumables cost significantly reduced, efficieny and energy savings are significant.
